You're Gonna Need a Bigger Suitcase

sunny 30 °C

Last full day in Chile took me on my last domestic flight back to Santiago after a delicious breakfast at the hotel (with the hottest eggs I've had the entire trip - lol). I had airport transfer (TransVIP) pick me up to return to Calama. I had paid for the return trip ($38 in total) for the 90 minute drive to the airport.

They definitely take advantage of their geographical location in the desert with the sun and the wind. The solar farms and the amount of windmills is ridiculous.

The flight back to Santiago was uneventful, except for some amazing views. I usually choose an aisle seat, but for this leg I opted for the window - it did not disappoint. I know pictures from the plane are not always the greatest...but these were not too bad.

I will definitely have to return to Chile - many things I did not get to do in my limited time. Some people I have met have been travelling or are planning on travelling for a month or 6 weeks or more. I would definitely be using the big ass suitcase next time.
